請求項的意思在較寬解釋和較窄解釋間具有相等的選擇機會，且可實施要件的開示亦顯示申請人至少能夠獲准具較窄意思的請求項時，我們認為採用較窄意思最能夠發揮申請專利範圍的公示機能。
